I had a 45 minute massage with Gabrielle for my self care club this month and it was DEEPLY relaxing, just what the doctor ordered! I was so deeply relaxed that I was struggling to stay awake. I felt that if I fell asleep my body would know I had been massaged but not my mind, and I left floating on a cloud. She had a holistic approach to treating my pain, and didn't force my body to do what she wanted, she worked first with the fascia and then moved deeper as my body relaxed to the treatment.
