Tia Miric

Tia spent over a decade competing as a professional beach volleyball player for Team Canada, learning early on how much of performance and life comes down to what's happening in the mind and body together. After retiring from the sport, she found her way to yoga and meditation, becoming a certified yoga instructor through training rooted in traditional practices in India. It became something much bigger than a physical practice, and it's now the foundation of how she moves through the world.

Chiara Hayes (B.S Hons) is a graduate of the University of Toronto where she majored in Psychology with a speciality in Neuroscience, and minored in Buddhism and Italian studies. She is extremely passionate about holistic health and believes that supporting our vitality comes from caring for our whole system: the body, mind, and spirit. She is preparing to do her masters in Psychotherapy to pursue her passion of supporting women in living more joyful and aligned lives. Chiara strives to create a welcoming space that supports the wellbeing of others at the clinic.

His path into Chiropractic care began at a young age, shaped by the influence of family and healthcare practitioners who showed him how meaningful care can help people move better, feel stronger, and improve their overall quality of life.
