Queenie Phair
Registered Acupuncturist
Japanese-style Acupuncture
Queenie previously taught at Canada’s College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where she shared her expertise as a professor of advanced diagnosis with future practitioners. With over 15 years of experience in the wellness industry, Queenie Phair is a Registered TCM Acupuncturist and Reiki Master who harmonises ancient healing traditions with today’s wellness insights to support her clients in rediscovering their natural rhythm and vibrancy.
Queenie’s journey began as a yoga instructor, meditation and breath work facilitator, and sound healing practitioner. Her interest in studying additional healing modalities began with her deep appreciation for the mind-body connection. This led to her pursuing training in Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, and moxibustion.
At the heart of Queenie’s practice is the principle that true wellness comes from aligning with nature’s rhythms. She draws from all of her diverse trainings in her treatments to facilitate deep relaxation and promote the body’s innate ability to heal. She integrates gentle Japanese acupuncture techniques with Reiki and sound healing, using vibrational therapy to release stress and enhance the flow of Qi. Her treatments are personalised, gentle, and designed to support each individual’s unique path to well-being, whether it’s easing chronic pain, supporting the digestive and immune systems, or optimising energy flow.
Queenie is also passionate about educating clients on lifestyle habits that sustain long-term health, including seasonal nutrition, mindful movement, and stress-reducing rituals. Her warm, intuitive presence creates a nurturing space for transformation and healing, empowering others to live in greater harmony with themselves and the world around them.

If you’ve ever noticed feeling sluggish in winter or restless in spring, your body is simply responding to the rhythms of nature. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, each season carries its own energy — and learning to move with it is the key to lasting balance.
