In Resonance: A Sound Bath & Somatic Energetics Experience

  • LITE 87 B Harbord Street Toronto, ON, M5S 1G4 Canada (map)

We spend much of our lives responding to the world around us.

Our bodies are constantly listening. We are continually influenced by the spaces we inhabit, the people we spend time with, and the states we carry within us.

In Resonance is an invitation to explore this relationship through sound, presence, and somatic awareness.

Through the restorative sounds of singing bowls, other soothing instruments and somatic energetics, this evening offers a space to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with yourself. As sound fills the room and awareness turns inwards, you may notice your body beginning to respond in its own way - deeper breath, sense of stillness, and/or release of emotions you've been carrying.

Resonance is not something we create.

It's something we remember — a return to the rhythms that have always been present beneath the everyday noise.

Join us for an evening of sound, presence, and embodied connection

What To Expect

This intimate gathering is limited to just five participants, creating a spacious and supportive environment for deeper rest, presence, and connection. Within this small-group setting, participants are invited to slow down, tune in to their bodies, and explore what emerges through sound, somatic awareness, and shared resonance.

What To Bring

  • Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing

  • A water bottle

  • Eye mask (recommended)

Meet Your Facilitators

Queenie Phair - Acupuncturist & Sound Healer

Queenie Phair is a Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncturist, yoga instructor, and sound healing practitioner whose work centres on creating space for rest, self-awareness, and embodied connection.

Having taught yoga since 2011, Queenie has facilitated classes, workshops, trainings, and retreats internationally across Canada, the United States, Europe, and Asia. Alongside her training in Traditional Chinese Medicine and sound healing, her approach draws from both Eastern healing traditions and contemporary understandings of nervous system regulation.

Her work explores the relationship between sound, energy, and the body’s innate capacity to return to balance. Through acupuncture, movement, and immersive sound experiences, she supports individuals in slowing down, reconnecting with themselves, and cultivating greater harmony within body, mind, and spirit.

Hilary Ma - Energy Healer & Reiki Master

Hilary Ma is a heart-centred energy practitioner whose work centres on nervous system regulation, embodied restoration, and the spine as a central pathway of whole-body connection.

With foundational studies in neuroscience and psychology at the University of Toronto, alongside continued training across somatic and trauma-aware approaches, her work draws from both Western understandings of physiology, biomechanics and regulation and Eastern perspectives on energetic balance, subtle responsiveness, and whole-body integration.

Having spent nearly a decade working within global corporate environments, Hilary brings a grounded understanding of the chronic pressure, disconnection, and high-functioning overwhelm that many modern nervous systems quietly carry. Rather than approaching the body as something to be fixed, her work recognises it as an intelligent system seeking the right conditions to reorganise, reconnect and heal.

The facilitators reserve the right to decline participation where a group setting may not be the most appropriate or supportive environment.
