Mary Higgins
Mary is a mother, meditation teacher, nature lover, and women’s wellness advocate. Mary has been practicing meditation since 2010, a pivotal year in her life when she embarked on a journey of sobriety and mental health healing. As Mary navigated various life transitions, including becoming a mother and experiencing postpartum depression, she realized the profound healing impact of meditation, mindfulness, and community connection.
Today, Mary is passionate about sharing her experience with others and walking alongside women on their unique well-being journeys. Drawing from over a decade of practical experience combined with formal training in meditation and mindfulness, Mary leads group and 1:1 sessions designed to calm the mind, ease stress, restore peace and balance, and build community connection.
